Answer – We will send you a confirmation email directly after receiving your online booking.

Answer- Our booking system will ask you how many rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned. It will also ask if you require additional cleaning services (such as ironing or inside oven cleaning) and then provide you with the estimated time necessary for your booking.

Answer – At NBBC cleaning services, we take great pride in ensuring customer satisfaction and delight. It is the core of our existence. Once you have used our services and prefer to use the same maid, we will ensure that the maid is always available to clean your house. Ideally, our representative will take note of your house cleaning requirement days proactively and book the same maid accordingly, however, in certain circumstances where you would require the maid on an ad-hoc or random basis, we would request a prior notice of only 1 day to confirm the booking.

.Answer – This is a rather tough question to answer because the cleaning hours depend entirely on your fundamental house cleaning needs and or additional housekeeping tasks like ironing, laundry, oven cleaning etc. Based on our experience on average sized homes, a studio apartment would generally require 2 hours, 1 bedroom would require 3-4 hours, 2 bedrooms would require 4-5 hours. As such, there is no definite answer as it depends on the scope of cleaning required. We generally request all our clients to provide us enough time as our objective is to avoid a rushed or hasty job and rather provide you a perfectly cleaning home.

Answer – If you are booking a house cleaning session with materials, then you can enjoy utmost peace of mind and require no materials to be handed over to the maid. Our maid will carry all the key cleaning materials to ensure that you have a perfectly clean house. In case you do not want the maid to carry cleaning materials, we would request you to provide us the following cleaning items: Vacuum cleaner Cleaning Mop Multi-purpose Cleaning Spray General Purpose Polish Floor Cleaner Bleach Limescale Remover Micro Fibre Cloths Furniture Polish

Answer – If the cleaner informs us that they require more time than booked, we will contact you for approval. The minimum booking duration is 3 hours if you want extend the hours then you need to pay accordingly.

Answer – You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled free of charge. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled to begin will incur cancellation costs equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee. A booking cannot be canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Answer – Our office teams are available during normal working hours as well as early morning, evening and Saturdays. Sunday will be off day.

In some instances it may make sense to do an hourly service. We have a minimum of 4 hours when booking hourly services. This is generally reserved for very large homes or homes where we are only doing a couple of rooms or homes with a lot of clutter or dirt. Please note there is no guarantee on our hourly service and we cannot come back and re-clean if you do an hourly service.
